J. L. Ramirez Architect, PC is a New York based full-service architectural firm providing design services for clients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. The firm specializes in fine quality design, inspired by the best of traditional architecture. We seek not to develop a signature style, but rather to identify a stylistic directions that harmoniously addresses the project's context, client's lifestyle and functional requirements. The firm was established in 1998 with a vision to offer the highest level of personal service combined with creative design solutions tailored to each individual client. Over the years, Jose Ramirez has established working relationships with some of the finest general contractors, sub-contractors, artists and craftsman in the Tri-State area. We also have extensive experience in working with Local Wetlands, Planning, Zoning, Coastal Commissions, and Building Departments allowing us to effectively manage any project no matter how complicated.
